Denish Tamakuwala Clinic Director, Physiotherapist
I am a Registered Physiotherapist with Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, India in 2010. I have obtained Diploma degree (honours) in Fitness & Health Promotion from Humber College, Toronto in 2012. .
Since 2010, I have been advancing my knowledge with ongoing coursework in ART, Orthotics, TMJ Pain Management, Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, and Geriatric Health.
Before migrating to Canada in 2010, I have worked in acute care hospitals and rehabilitation centres in India.
In clinical practice, I do believe in providing manual therapy and muscle retraining to restore joint biomechanics and to correct movement dysfunction. I have wide experienced with post-operative protocols and rehabilitation programs. I have worked with various athletes to achieve their goal with special interest in sports physiotherapy.
I love academincs and I have played integral role in teaching of more than 800+ internationally educated Physiotherapist across the world to achieve their success in Canadian Board Exams. I am affiliated with Humber College as an examiner in OTA/PTA OSCEs and as a clinical educator and preceptor for the Atmiya PCE Prep. I provide preceptorship to Master of Physiotherapy students from McMaster University.

Growing up, I had always wanted to help people. I wanted a career that I’m passionate about and that can make a difference in people’s lives. Since graduating from physiotherapy school in 2011, I started my journey with building up my clinical skills from taking post-graduate courses.
My approach to therapy is simple. The method for treatment is always client-centered with a specific focus to get rid of pain, restore function and prevent further injury. My goal is to get you out of the clinic as fast as possible arming you with the tools needed to prevent any reoccurrence of symptoms. I have dedicated my life to this profession and am grateful to do something that I especially love.”
My skills in manual therapy and exercise prescription allow me to design and deliver effective treatment plans. My strong academic and clinical background, along with my continuing education courses within the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy (Level 1), acupuncture and dry needling, concussion rehab, and athletic taping, lead to positive outcomes in helping my patients reach a full functional recovery.
When not at work, I play Tennis, Swimming, cricket, and volleyball.
Srikant Nair Physiotherapist
Srikant graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from India. Over the past 15 years he has worked in a variety of practices in both hospital and clinic settings. In 2000, Srikant moved to the Middle East to pursue his career in hospital and home care physiotherapy. He arrived in Canada in 2006 and has been a Registered PT since 2009.
Throughout his career, Srikant has earned his license to practice as a Registered PT in India, United Arab Emerites, Canada and United States. Hands-on Manual Therapy Techniques have been the cornerstone of his treatment combined with exercise therapy. He completed his training in Acupuncture at McMaster University in 2010 and is currently pursuing his Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy to further enhance diagnostic and treatment skills.

Ashley Jasinski Osteopath
After receiving some treatment for a chronic injury and being captivated by the personalized, one-on-one approach of Osteopathy, Ashley started researching and learning as much as she could about the human body and manual therapy.
Six months after her first treatment Ashley was enrolled in an osteopathic program and submerged herself in the study of human anatomy and how the body works as a collective unit.
Ashley graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master in Osteopathic Manual Science in 2018 and she is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association.
Ashley loves the practice of Osteopathy because “every work day is different because every treatment is personalized to the patient when they come in that day.”
